Job Summary:
Green Impressions has an immediate need for a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader at our location in Sheffield Village, Ohio. This is a working lead position that will oversee Landscape Technicians/crew members in performing the duties necessary to maintain residential lawn and landscaped areas in an upscale residential environment and will directly participate in landscape maintenance duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ability to lead and direct activities of landscape technicians / crew members
· Communicate effectively with supervisor, client, crew members etc.
· Competent in all aspects of residential grounds maintenance.
· Professionally maintains grass, weed control, pruning of plants and mulching
· Operates landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers and blowers.
· Identify plant material and pest problems in the landscape
· Perform snow removal as needed
Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience as a landscape crew leader preferred
· Experience in using all types of landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers,
pruners, blowers and application of pesticides
· Valid driver’s license, good driving record and ability to pass drug test required.
Salary/Wage:Competitive/Commensurate with Experience

Hours:
40+ hours per week. Mon - Fri some Saturdays
