The Green Impressions Commercial Grounds Management Process

We want your experience with Green Impressions Commercial Grounds Management to solve your grounds management problems, not create new ones.

We care about your property as much as you do, and promise to be professional as we make your job easier and your property more valuable.

When you choose to work with Green Impressions Grounds Management, you will experience our 4 step Customer Care plan:

  1. Discovery Meeting: Green Impressions Grounds Management wants to understand your business and property management concerns — Industrial, Retail, Condo/Home Owner Association, or Healthcare for example. Our Discovery Meeting is an opportunity for Green Impressions to get to know you, your business, and the senior level person at your organization. With your help, we will identify your specific grounds management issues and discuss:
  • Recurring concerns with your current/former landscape maintenance program.
  • Past “proposed” resolutions for those concerns.
  • How you measure success or failure.
  • Assess the accuracy of the current written scope of services to determine if all expectations are in writing.
  • How much of your time is involved in managing the landscaping, lawn and property care, grounds management, and property improvement.
  • Why are you looking to make a change, and how our expertise and resources will benefit your unique property.

The information we gather during the Discovery Meeting will be used to assess your situation and develop a comprehensive grounds management service plan that meets your specific needs. Before the Discovery Meeting concludes, we will:

  • Confirm that the information collected is accurate and complete.
  • Schedule a follow-up meeting to present our recommendations and budget.
  • Confirm all necessary parties are available and present for the recommendations meeting – including the final decision maker.
  1. Proposal Development: Green Impression will conduct an Initial Site Assessment (ISA). In an ISA, we measure the entire property using GPS technology, ensuring accuracy and detail. As we draft the proposal, we will list and define the services we recommend. Typically, the ISA process can be completed within two-three business days, depending on weather and site access.

When possible, we suggest that the property manager join us for the ISA.

  1. Proposal Presentation: Green Impressions will present the plan to you and your team. It is an open forum, allowing you to ask questions and share concerns. Key elements of a Green Impressions proposal include:
  • A detailed summary of landscape services to meet your expectations (no hidden costs).
  • Specific plans to address and resolve the reoccurring issues you are experiencing.
  • Detailed criteria to measure success
  • References from other clients whom we serve.
  • Providing proof of insurance.
  • Reviewing details of our contract, investment summary, and payment terms.
  1. Customer Review Meetings: Green Impressions will schedule regular Customer Input Meetings throughout the contract period. These meetings to ensure we continue to meet your expectations and address your concerns. At each meeting, Green Impressions will conduct a Landscape Quality Audit. This site audit compares the list of expectations in the proposal against actual site conditions. If there are additional services required or recommended, Green Impressions will submit an addendum service agreement.
