Minimum Qualifications

• On-the-job training is available for this position
• Experience in lawn maintenance, proper planting techniques, horticultural pruning, spring/fall cleanups and snow removal is preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with supervisors and coworkers
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Must have muscular endurance and physical strength
• Must be able to safely handle heavy landscaping equipment/materials and be comfortable being on your feet for an extended period of time

Job Responsibilities

• Efficiently and skillfully aids the maintenance supervisor in all aspects of the landscape maintenance process
• Assists with truck preparation, the maintenance of properties, plant/flower installation and equipment maintenance
• Directly reports to the maintenance supervisor

Compensation

• Compensation is $12-$15 per hour (commensurate with experience), with referral bonuses and performance/annual reviews
