Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a landscape maintenance supervisor
• Experience in using all types of landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, pruners, blowers and application of pesticides
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to identify plant material and pest problems in the landscape
• Must be able to safely handle heavy landscaping equipment/materials and be comfortable being on your feet for an extended period of time

Job Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees maintenance technicians in performing the duties necessary to maintain landscaped areas in residential and commercial environments
• Directly participates in maintenance duties
• Directly reports to the client care manager

• Compensation is commensurate with experience, with referral bonuses and performance/annual reviews
