Landscape Enhancement Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the horticulture industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of standard planting practices and basic understanding of drainage and irrigation
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, math skills, job planning skills and mechanical aptitude are a must
  • Ability to understand/interpret financial information, read and execute blueprints and recognize plant materials
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Must be able to safely handle heavy landscaping equipment/materials, as well as drive a dump truck, and be comfortable being on your feet for an extended period of time

Job Responsibilities
  • Directs the activities of a team of two or more in the installation of plantings, mulch, pruning, seasonal color, soil, drainage, lawn installation, sod, smaller paver installation and landscape replacements
  • Responsible for the training of other crew members on various functions throughout the season
  • Works closely with the client care manager in regards to scheduling, purchasing and coordinating the logistics of material acquisition and helps identify enhancement opportunities
  • Presents to the client care manager on a weekly basis
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience, with referral bonuses and performance/annual reviews
