Landscape Enhancement Supervisor │ Green Impressions

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in the horticulture industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Working knowledge of standard planting practices and basic understanding of drainage and irrigation
Strong oral and written communication skills, math skills, job planning skills and mechanical aptitude are a must
Ability to understand/interpret financial information, read and execute blueprints and recognize plant materials
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Must be able to safely handle heavy landscaping equipment/materials, as well as drive a dump truck, and be comfortable being on your feet for an extended period of time

Job Responsibilities

Directs the activities of a team of two or more in the installation of plantings, mulch, pruning, seasonal color, soil, drainage, lawn installation, sod, smaller paver installation and landscape replacements
Responsible for the training of other crew members on various functions throughout the season
Works closely with the client care manager in regards to scheduling, purchasing and coordinating the logistics of material acquisition and helps identify enhancement opportunities
Presents to the client care manager on a weekly basis

Compensation

Compensation is commensurate with experience, with referral bonuses and performance/annual reviews
